The chores are calling,
The routine is waiting.
Those blank papers are eager
to be painted with the days work.
This, my dear, is Life.
The Life, often glorified
and Fantasized with the
Heroic actions; killings of dragons
And fighting the armored knights
But my darling, life is all about
the pending bills and refiling groceries.
Life, my love, is making ends meet.
The adventures, the leisure trips.
The movies, the thrilling amusement rides
Or those fancy dinners in between.
Are, just rewards of our days of labor.
A break for a fresh start,
A break before a new day, filled with
Never ending chores, bills, blank pages,
And daily routine waiting to be acomplished.
